|Advice & Guidance: Ministerial visit|
|Margot James MP, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for BEIS and Minister for Small Business, Consumers and Corporate Responsibility visited the Energy Saving Advice Service on 1st December.
It was an opportunity for the Minister to see the service, which promotes all domestic policies for her department and helps callers to reduce their energy bills.
The Minister listened to live calls from the public and had a demonstration of the new Energy Saving Advice Service (ESAS) Online website, due to launch imminently.
The meeting also allowed a wider discussion on the need for advice for consumers and what the specific proposed recommendations were for the advice and guidance workstream of the Each Home Counts Review report
