Hello!
We are finally there (almost!)…………………….. The Review Report is in its final stages of completion. The outcomes from meetings with stakeholders and the Review team to discuss the Review recommendations are very positive and there is a keen anticipation for the Review to be published.
We plan to publish the Review report as soon as we can and will keep you informed regarding when that will be. We appreciate your continued patience in the meantime. |

Home Energy Technology workstream | ||||||||||
The Home Energy Technology workstream plans to meet on the Tuesday 6th December to:
· review the proposed recommendations from the Review, and to · discuss how best these can be implemented across the wide scope of technologies covered by the energy efficiency and renewable energy industry. There will also be a joint meeting with the Home Energy Technology workstream and the Retrofit Standards task group, which has been set up to take forward the codes of practice recommendation under the Review, in January, date to be confirmed. |

Ministerial Round-table meeting: Domestic Energy Efficiency and Heat Efficiency
Peter Bonfield attended a Ministerial round-table meeting on domestic energy efficiency and heat on Thursday 27th October with other industry stakeholders. The round-table meeting provided an opportunity for government and industry to discuss how they can work together to help meet carbon budgets and tackle fuel poverty through improving the energy efficiency of homes. The group discussed how to incentivise greater take-up of low carbon heat and energy efficiency measures in homes. |

· On Tuesday 25th October, Peter Bonfield met with representatives from CIVALLI (Cavity Wall Victims Alliance) to discuss consumer protection and the Review.
· On Thursday 27th October Peter Bonfield attended a Ministerial round-table meeting on energy efficiency and heat.
We are also aware of, and want to acknowledge the many other meetings that have been happening related to the Review that the team may not have attended in person. It’s great to see all this positive activity.
