Code of Conduct workshop | ||||||
The Each Home Counts: Code of Conduct work stream held their first workshop on Friday 25th November 2016 led by Liz Male.
More specifically, sequestered in a windowless room, a group of 17 stakeholders began to tie together the different aspects of the strawman for the Code of Conduct envisioned under the Review. The Code of Conduct will set out how firms behave, operate and report in order to hold the proposed Quality Mark for the energy efficiency and renewable energy sector. This is the first essential step to drafting the related Consumer Charter of rights and responsibilities of the householder. We anticipate many opportunities for stakeholder engagement in both going forward. |
