TrustMark: Delivery of the quality scheme:

6th September 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Interest for participation in the forthcoming Compliance and Enforcement Workstream Workshop has exceeded all expectations, therefore we need to be explicit that the workshop is NOT a general Each Home Counts / TrustMark update; rather more a focused engagement event primarily for those involved with the workstream itself.

Given the interest against room capacity we have some practicalities to consider; therefore we respectfully request that attendance be limited to one attendee per organisation and restricted to those that have real interest in engagement over Compliance and Enforcement development activities.

On that basis and if you still wish to attend, please could you confirm your interest by email to: mailto:pmason@trustmark.org.uk by close of business on 28th August 2018.

Should we still have an over-subscription to the event we will need to consider the selection process based on order of response.

Confirmation of your attendance will be confirmed very shortly after 28th August.

Thank you for your understanding.

TrustMark: Delivery of the quality scheme

Following on from the previous Compliance & Enforcement Workstream Workshops and the good work that was achieved in outlining the research and delivery requirements in seeking to achieve better outcomes, we would like to propose a further workshop on the Thursday 6th September in the afternoon (2pm – 5pm) at the BEIS conference centre, 1 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0ET, to build on the discussions so far.

We would like to provide you with an update on the developments within TrustMark around the delivery of the quality scheme along with a number of concepts and ideas for the audit, compliance and enforcement areas.  With the apparent desire for change from the industry and a refreshed view on a risk based approach we would like to focus on how we build a compliance and enforcement process to meet the needs of EHC.

With one of the key drivers being the delivery of energy efficiency measures, especially with the ECO3 pending, we have some ideas we would like to present back on relating to the PAS documents and thoughts from the previous meetings.

As spaces are limited, please reserve your place by email to:

Laura Southwell: mailto:lsouthwell@trustmark.org.uk by close of business on Monday 3rd September 2018.

We will confirm an agenda to attendees before the workshop
